St.George Bank Secure Intranet St.George Bank needed to drive their home loan applications up. They were getting a lot of customer interest, but not enough deals were being closed. To solve this problem, a secure intranet, known as the Customer Contact Program (CCP) was created for their staff and lending agents. Using this intranet, lending agents were able to input leads, track their status all the way from an expression of interest to a closed sale, send them letters, update details, view online reports, run competitions, and much more. In short, it was everything they needed to drive sales to new heights, which is what happened. This program was intended to be a six-month project, but was so successfull that it eventually ran for two years. CCP has run its course and it is closed now, but it used to be here.
