What does Flashlight Solutions do?

Our work is divided into a number of parts. You would probably begin with strategic consulting - helping you and your company make an informed choice about the best way to move ahead with a website, eBusiness / eCommerce development, startup company, etc. We can participate in boardroom sessions, development brainstorming, and even spend time educating senior management about what options are being considered, why they are needed, how they work, how they will impact the business and how much they might cost.

The second part of our work involves taking the plan and running with it. The ideas that were thrown around during the consulting phase are specified, designed, coded and implemented, as part of our development service. Where required, we would inject any of our other services, such as hosting or domain registration. We put the entire solution together. We don't walk away after giving advice. We put our dollars where our mouths are, by planning the work and working the plan.

These two types of services are not necessarily mutually inclusive. We can (and often do) do one without the other.
